THE IDEA
Our idea arose through the observation of a very important problem, the lack of labor in the agricultural sector . Traditional practices for finding unskilled workers seem to no longer work, leading to the risk of losing crops.
In this context, we decided to create an alternative source of searching for unskilled workers. Thus, ELAFARM was born. The first platform for group work ads, aimed at groups of friends and aiming to combine work with experience.
