2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Description of Service
ELAFARM provides a digital space where individuals in the agricultural sector post and search for job listings and profiles. ELAFARM is NOT an employment agency, intermediary, employer, or party to any agreement between users. Its role is limited to providing a technological means of initial contact.
4. User Obligations
Users must provide truthful information, keep their credentials confidential, and are solely responsible for actions taken through their account. Users must be over 18 years of age.
5. Posted Content
Each user is solely responsible for the content they post. ELAFARM does not guarantee or systematically verify the accuracy or legality of such content.
6. Off-Platform Communication and Agreements
It is expressly clarified that all communication, negotiation, or agreement regarding employment/cooperation between users takes place entirely outside the Platform, without any involvement, mediation, or oversight by ELAFARM. Users bear sole responsibility for negotiating terms, entering into any contract, complying with labor/social-security/tax law, and any consequence of their relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELAFARM is not liable for: (a) any relationship or agreement between users; (b) the accuracy or legality of content posted by users; (c) acts of users or third parties on or off the Platform; (d) damage or loss arising from use, inability to use, or communication/cooperation between users; (e) technical interruptions or errors. Liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer-protection rights is not excluded to the extent not permitted by law.
8. Prohibited Conduct
False, unlawful, or offensive content and harassment of other users are prohibited. ELAFARM reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The content and design of the Platform are protected by intellectual property rights.
10. Amendment of Terms
ELAFARM may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version.
11. Governing Law
